Valorant keeps disconnecting my internet

This just started happening today after the latest windows update, when launching Valorant, my internet connection is basically killed and will not come back until I close out Valorant. No other games behave like this and all my drivers are up to date, etc.

Solution:

After much hair pulling I finally found this thread https://www.reddit.com/r/pcmasterrace/comments/17kyygk/wifi_network_adapter_fails_only_in_online_games/ and the fix appears to be to set the 5ghz band width to 20 instead of auto in the wifi adapter settings. Weird that this wasn't an issue until today, the only thing I did was install the latest windows update, but I also noticed this issue in R6:Siege so it doesn't appear to be Valorant specific as initially thought

Microsoft 365 co pilot opening

when playing valorant , my keyboard and mouse randomly stop working the way they’re supposed too, clicking W starts to open up Microsoft Edge browsers and tabs with Microsoft 365 CO-Pilot. clicking D starts giving me notifications about not being able to find Microsoft OneDrive files and many more, I’ve tried to google what’s happening but it’s very hard to Explain...

hey can someone help? I wanted to play some Valorant after 1 year and after i logged in it says perm bannd because of an third party.
