valorant goes black screen then resets my computer after opening the game for like 2 minutes

And I know it's not my specs I have a good enough computer for this game This has been happening for awhile now like 2 3 weeks...

My account is locked when I tried to reach support team with help for name change I have given every detail they wanted still no help from their side it feels like a bot replying every time can someone please help

Solution:

The list of information they need is quite extensive. Transaction receipts alone wouldn’t be sufficient for any form of account recovery. Unfortunately the only thing you can do is submit another ticket and provide more of the requested information. Attached is a full list of all things asked by Riot Support for account recovery....

VALORANT Crashing PC

I've reached out to Riot support a few days ago with no response. I recently wiped my entire PC and have tried reinstalling 3 times since, but the game crashes my PC every time I open it within 1-2 minutes of booting. Any assistance available?

Valorant having network problems

Both teams have pings over 100, saw someone’s ping reach 5k ping. None of know what is going on and was hoping someone would know what is happening. No one can plant, pick up orbs, walk around normally, shoot, use abilities, etc. We’re in N.A. virgina servers for spike rush if that helps any

Secure boot not able to be turned on?

I cant turn on my Secure boot, i went all the way into the motherboard and it still wont let me enable it, im using a Republic Of Gamers laptop, and i just got the motherboard replaced, no problems with this before the motherboard was replaced but now there are problems

i updated my nvidia geforce graphics driver to 566.03 and still it doesnt work?? and it was the most recent one im so confused could somebody lmk if i did anything wrong was it something about the options i pressed while updating my graphics driver

I have a glitch where I can still see my teams guns after the round starts over top of their head.

It gets in the way of everything because of the issue and I can't see anything past my teammates heads.
