Not responding with OBS open

Game is fine until I open OBS. When open, after a few seconds it freezes and nothing happens until I force restart my PC or the game crashes, can access taskbar but when I click on apps or try to close valorant, nothing happens

Ping Spikes? HELP TO YOU!

Hey everyone! A few days ago, I opened a ticket here regarding a "ping spikes" issue that I experience when playing Valorant. My game keeps pinging for several seconds, and it was very disruptive. I know the problem isn't on my end because I didn't encounter this issue with any other games. Last night, I found a program called GearUP Booster, which is essentially like a VPN, but not quite.
