Valorant stalling/freezing every couple of seconds

Hi, I'm not sure when this issue began, but it has not gone away since months ago. My problem is that whenever I launch valorant, after about a minute, my game freezes for about 6 seconds in intervals of 10-15 seconds. I have restarted my game (sign out and sign in), restarted my computer, deleted the game and the riot client (I don't believe I delete all files of the game though when I uninstalled valorant), and I have hardware acceleration off, my drivers updated, and my bios should be fine. May I disable the option to choose specific agents?

I want to keep myself from picking specific agents like Chamber and Fade. I had just recently joined up with a fool who would throw the match entirely, mention everywhere I went to the enemy-team ALL so that she could remain match-mvp... I constantly asked the moron why it was so important but no, she would never give me an answer. I want to remember to only pick the agents that can kill my throwing teammates... Is that possible?...

Please add a damn votekick, guys like these are the reason your guys's game is still rated the worst game to play with a bad mental. Playing with bots is better than playing with teammates who comm to the enemy team. ADD A BOT TEAMMATE AT THIS POINT.

Ranked is broken

So I’m not sure why, but whenever I play ranked, I’m going up against silvers or bronze when I’m only iron one and I’m unable to rank up at all. Can I make a second account to prove what my real rank is and then get my main account ranked changed?

Weird finger position on keyboard

So like I have a very weird keyboard finger position that I am very used to. Index on W middle on A, ring on shift, pinkie on ctrl and my thumb switches between space and D What’s your experience and take on this kind of finger placement and is it worth switching to the middle on w or not cuz it feels uncomfortable to play like that...
