Cant move my screen

Hey, this keep happening and idk what it is or how to fix it, this happens not only on valorant but i post it here because its the game i play the most and its the game i have it recorded on. BUG --> https://outplayed.tv/valorant/WJywz1 i would really appreciate if anyone told me how to fix it because it keeps ruining my games since i cant move the screen for around 2 seconds....

packet loss

i have this prolem where whenever i spectate someone my packet loss is 1-4% then when i spawn in the next round it spikes up to 20% until i die its back to 1% plus i have around 22k packets lost per game please help

My Valorant isn't launching anymore

I try to restart my pc, reinstall valorant and start the vgc service on windows, but no one works
Solution:
Open the registry editor and go to "Computer\HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows NT\CurrentVersion\Image File Execution Options"

Make sure the key "DevOverrideEnabled" is there and try setting it to the value of "1"

Error 1067

in the past 3 or 4 days I've been crashing with error 1067, its happened so many times that I've gotten a few warnings and bans. Getting Bad Ping Spikes on Dubai and Bahrain Servers
