Immo / Radiant

Ive looked it up on YT but theres no proper explanation. I dont understand how Immo / Radiant works, like at all. Are u just gonna derank from radiant if ure for example 500 and someone gets more rr than u? Just today i was looking at tje top 500 and i looked into a radiants career.. he LOST a game in IMMO 1 and ranked uo to radiant??? Can someone please drop a proper explanation on these ranks i would be very very grateful...

loading into games late

Whenever I queue into a match I get into agent selection fast but my frames start dropping a lot, and when I choose my agent their little animation doesn't show, and when everyone has their agent chosen my game just freezes and it takes 1-2 rounds to load into the game. I have an hdd and have defragmented it. Does anyone know how I can fix this?

the external ssd thing did work and now i load into the game fast

Game bugged

Does anyone know why my game is bugged? When I invite people to my lobby, I can't see if they joined unless I change the gamemode, my game loads to agent select after like 30 seconds when everyone has already picked their agents and when I finish a game, it continues the queue and doesn't let me cancel it. It can NOT find a game, but it shows that the queue has been on for 30+ minutes. i always have to restart my game after each game.
