Valorant stuttering on first game AMD help

i updated my graphics drivers the other day and reinstalled the AMD control panel, and what i have noticed is that as soon as i encounter an enemy on my first game the game freezes. also i feel like my fps is low even though i have decent specs. i was just wondering what i should enable in the AMD control panel because mine is default right now. Can't Play Valorant

I updated my drivers this morning and I when I open Valorant, it opens fine but when I click the game in order to focus on Fullscreen it freezes the screen and I can still hear the audio. It didn't happen yesterday and I tried to reset my drivers back but it didn't work (I don't know if I did it properly). I am using true stretched by deactivating my monitor. I tried to reactivate it but it doesn't fix it.

Can't open riot client

So basically, I recently had the corrupt data notification so I fixed it pretty fast however now. However, I can open valorant from the app and not the launcher which is what I normally do. How can I update valorant if the I can't load the launcher? I click on client but it won't open and theres no notification

will they ever add an update which makes your last bullet not disappear when you die? like i get the body shot with an op, it makes the noise and shows the bullet line but doesn’t hit cause i die at the same time
