can't play/install valorant on Xbox series x

I cannot send out any tickets from my account

I am not able to send out tickets from my account, after submitting the ticket I receive an error screen. The ticket then does not appear in "my tickets". Not sure what to do since I have quite a serious issue.

Low Fps on competitive mode specifically

I've been getting lower fps on comp mode by like - 100 or 150 fps, if i go on a map on custom I average 300+ fps but on comp i average 200 fps dropping down to 100. I've already done the following: DDU bcdedit nointegritycheck and one more command im forgetting Fresh install of windows change pcie slot...

why am I so bad at valorant?

Honestly, I can’t seem to play well in any rank. I played on my friend’s account, and he’s Bronze, but I lost three matches. When I played in Gold, I couldn’t win a single match. The same thing happened in Platinum. Why am I in Platinum if I can't even perform well in ranks lower than mine? In my unrated matches, I constantly get Immortal and Diamond players, and we end up losing them all. My summer has been so boring, and VALORANT isn’t fun when if you don’t have friends to play with so getting kills is what makes it fun when im solo q, but I can’t even achieve that. In half of my games, no one talks—it's just dead silent. I don’t remember the last time I heard team communication. My games always end up the same way: we might be winning by a high score like 8-3, and then the team suddenly loses focus in the second half, leading to a loss. This keeps happening. Either we start doing better after a rough first half but still lose, or we do well in the first half and then do horribly in the second half, ending in a loss....

I last accessed my account on Thursday. I have not been able to access my account for 5 days. Even though everything is correct, I receive a notification that it is not compatible with the system. Game Keeps Freezing

val takes forever to load and when i try to load into a game after agent select it freezes but eventually puts me in mid round. queued swiftplay and couldn’t load in at all. unrated and ranked seems fine but i still load in mid round. if anyone knows how to fix this freezing problem pls lmk.
