Banned for using a GTA mod menu

i think I was permenantly suspended for using my GTA mod menu and vanguard detected it as i do not use anything for valorant other than valtracker, would support understand if I appealed and proved I uninstalled

Banned for Cheating

So, I got banned for cheating, which I did. Yes, shame on me, blah blah blah. But will my brother's account be banned too? He plays on a different PC, but we are on the same network. I had this thought after I found out how far Vanguard goes to make sure someone stays banned. I appreciate honest answers.

riot games lied to me

Basically I bought valorant points during the beta. Riot games said that after the beta finishes, they will return back my valorant points with 20% extra. However I’ve still gotten nothing back

what does recruiting agents do?

the game says i need to recruit most of the agents even though they're already unlocked. it says recruiting them gives me access to their gear, but it looks like i have that already? can someone help clear this up?

i get a high ping in valorant yet my internet is fine

i have this problem for idk how long and its so annoying. the servers look fine at 1st but when i load into a game i keep getting a ping so high i literally cant play. i tried reinstalling valorant but it didnt help, i dont know what to do anymore

i can’t play more than one game pls help

so basically, i just started playing again after a 6 month break, and i realised i can’t play more than one game, like the first game i play, i have 80fps constantly, if i play another game, i have 5 fps and its just unplayable, i play on a low end laptop and i know its part of the problem, but it didn’t do that 6 months ago
