VP buying

I want to buy VP for the new bundle but every time I try to buy it it says something like this: Error. Please try again later. I tried many things like restarting my pc, re downloading valorant, using different credit cards but nothing. Does anyone has a solution?

Whenver i try loading into a game it just gets stuck on the character selection screen after everyone has finished picking and i have to restart my game every time and its also giving me AFK penalties even tho i have to restart my game to even play How do i fix this?...
