False Ban
Good evening fellow Valorant players,
I was recently banned on Valorant regarding a VAL or VAN 5 permanent suspension, please note that I do not use any SCRIPTS or THIRD PARTY SOFTWARES. On Monday the 29th I was playing a swiftplay, when I went back to the lobby I got either the VAL or VAN 5 permanent suspension (Forgot to take a screenshot). The closest thing that may be related to my ban is that I changed my mouse mid-game from a Logitech G Pro Wireless to a Glorious Model O Wireless. I do have configurations on these mouse that change my dpi, polling rate, and acctuation sensitivity. I also reinstalled windows due to Malware so I do not have many files or apps on my pc, I have spent hundreds of dollars on my account just to get hardware banned. unable to verify country/region
hello I'm trying to do a discord quest I downloaded Valorant / Riot Client but I am getting this message:
"we can not verify your country/region"...
How to work tickets with riot repair tool.
I have had a tpm 2.0 issue and my pc is too old for the issue to be solved the normal way, so admins told me to make a ticket to downgrade my vanguard to make it applicable to play valorant on my pc, they made me install riot repair tool and in the riot repair tool it says to attach my log folders to the ticket which i dont know how to do so help will be appreciated.
