Valorant Critical Error

Does valorant having issues with new updates? Everytime trying to hop into the game I'm having issues that appears to be critical error issues and sometimes i can't get out from the loading screen valorant which the only way i can get out from it is to restart the pc. Everything windows related or pc software (GPU) keep up to date.

Hello! I have an account that I played from the Philippines and due to work I moved to Europe, is it possible moving my account to Europe?
