banned for no reason.

everytime i play on my laptop on vacation instead of pc i am always on 10 fps so after the game it says i somehow went afk and gave me and offense and now i got banned for 7 days 3 days left.

i have just been VAC banned from valorant even though i was not using any cheats or third party software and could have had mods for other games like GTA but have not used cheats for Valorant and I would really like if i could speak to someone that can maybe help me appeal this ban so I can play this game because i would really love too again. hey i need help im immortal 1 on console and idk whats wrong but some days i can 1v4 a team of immortals and radiants and some days im horrible and i go 0-14 and i dont know whats wrong i was thinking i should learn to aim without focus for more consistent aim but idek i need help seriously idk what to do i warm up every day before playing

Issues with Keyboards

I reinstalled valorant after a few months a couple of days ago, today I tried to play it, but I was having multi-second input lag from my logitech keyboard. I tried changing compatibility settings, increasing priority, and completely closing LGHub. Anyone know of other fixes?

I lost access to my account almost a long time ago and I contacted your support team but to no avail and they did not help me with anything and when I provide them with all my information regarding my account they tell me that I am not the creator of the account or that I am not the original owner of the account and this answer has always been constant and in every way. banned but it really wasn’t my fault
