switching languages broke my game

So I switched languages in game from english to korean and re-launched as it said that the changes would only apply after being restarted. Then the game only ran on what seems like 1fps. In menus and in game. No ping issue as the region didn't change. I've switched back to english now, however the problem remains....

Can't submit support ticket on reporting a player

hello, I can't submit a ticket on the riot support website because the player which is someone I know has someone else playing on their account and boosting them in ranked. I can't submit it because they aren't in my recent valorant game matches. How do I report them if not on the website? Can anyone help. Btw the person who is playing on the account is an immortal player which is very unfair in low elo lobbies.

Question about valorant console

I'm not 100%, If riot has mentioned about this or not but I'll ask this either way. I understand at the moment valorant console has came into Xbox and Playstation recently but I'm wondering valorant has taken some consideration for nintendo switch onto console? As the thing is not everyone has Xbox or Playstation but has nintedo switch wanting to play it on console. There may know be an official confirmation I'm just curious

hey yall, so recently i decided to factory reset my pc because i had my suspicions i had a virus so yeah, i deleted everything. After everything was set again, and i opened valorant, i found that the volume was too low. vc doesnt work most of the time

vc doesnt work 95% of the time. it only seems to work if someone is in my party. like i when i solo queue my vc doesnt work, i cant hear them nor can they hear me, but when someone joins me in my party then my team chat as well as party chat starts working automatically, but even then it sometimes turns off and on again on its own, its really frustrating as i cant get or give any comms and this causes me to lose many of my matches. :(. i have tried checking my vc settings as well as re installin...

Transaction Has Been Declined.

i've been trying to buy valorant points for a while now and it keeps saying "Transaction has been declined", i've tried 3 different cards that have access to online international purchases and none of them worked this account's region is not the same one as i am in right now, though i doubt that's a reason is there any way to fix this? should i wait for like a day or reinstall? i don't think i should contact official support because by the time they answer the stuff i want to buy will probably be gone....
