Couldn't setup level up message / channel

I wanted to set up the leveling system to where everytime someone levels up, it pings them and puts it in the "leveling up" channel. But I couldn't set it up

How can I refresh the bot so the leaderboard has all the updated names and profile pictures?

Right now all the members that have changed their name or profile picture since I added the bot have the default profile picture in the leaderboard, or their old name

Settings tab doesn't exist?

I saw this old video for NTTS reviewing the bot, and the dashboard had a tab for bot settings which doesn't seem to exist anymore? I would like to edit the prefix for the bot for my server & I also can't seem to understand is there a command that shows a level card like MEE6 where you would say "!rank" and it would show? If yes, what is it?

Leaderboard Site

Greetings, Ive activated the leveling feature of the bot, it is currently working well(XP is being added) Ive also managed to transfer the old scoreboard from MEE6. The problem is that whatever I try to access the leaderboard site it returns with the error: "the leveling system is not enabled on this guild". Im adding the config check. PS: If I use the /rank or /leaderboard command it sucessfully returns with the rank in "written form". Only the site learderboard is not working....

XP not being awarded to a specific user

Hey so my friend reach level 19 but his xp keeps getting stopped, I tried giving him a few extra xp to see if it would start back up again. So it gave him a few more but stopped again. Does xp just stop at a certain point every day?

Auto role levels not working

So in my server we have two roles people get when they reach a certain level but from what I can tell nothing is set incorrectly. Does anyone know why the users aren't getting their roles?

Exporting Level from the bpt into a file

Hey there, https://docs.pepemanager.com/guides/exporting-leveling-leaderboard says "Learn how to export your Pepe Manager leaderboard into a tangible file!" however does not actually explain how to export. What needs to be ran to get the file with the leveling data? Thanks

How do I make it so a certain channel won't let you gain xp?

Leveling keeps removing roles

Every time someone levels up in my server it takes away their current role. How mine is setup is so every 5 levels it gives a new role, now the problem is that every time someone levels up the bot for some unknown reason removes their role.

Disallow users from running commands in certain channels

hey there i was just wondering if its possible to stop users from using some of the bots commands in set channels, for example is it possible to only allow /rank to be used in a specific level checking channel? sorry if this is an obvious answer i just couldnt seem to find anything on the dashboard for this type of setting

Disable leaderboard website

Is there anyway to disable leaderboard website for my server? When they do /leaderboard, there's a link to the website. I mean, I don't want member to see exact number of the leveling multiplier, because there's info in the website. Thank you....

Clarifying question about the multiplier hierarchy

I read through the docs but either I missed it or my question wasn't addressed there, if I were to set a global multiplier of x0.5 and then have a channel multiplier of x0.1 which multiplier is gonna be used? From my understanding the global multiplier will be used since its bigger, however if that's correct is there a way to change that, I want it to work like an override where certain channels give less xp

Issue importing mee6 levels

Leveling not working

hey guys, i was trying to set up leveling on my server, but it has not been working. the only way that any member has been able to gain xp is from the /xp command. i have none of the whitelist/blacklist settings enabled or any other for that matter but no one is able to gain xp. any ideas on how to fix this?
