Unable to reset xp
Hello there! For the past day or so I've been trying to reset the xp for a server I'm on, as we have a system that works best when everyone starts fresh each week. We've tried running the command a few times over the past day to no avail.

Need help deleting data for importing
Can someone help me. I have trouble removing the data from the server. I want to import the data from mee6 but the but says I first need to remove the already existing settings. Yet im unable to remove them

Custom formula has formatting when displayed
({level})^3 + 80*({level})^2 + 30*({level})
the * is causing part of it to be italicized, making it difficult to know what my formula is (if i forgit it and ever wanna know it again in the future)...Solution:

random guy got level 60 from 2 messages
A random guy in my chat only sent 2 messages yet he’s #1 on the leaderboard and level 60. There’s only 10-20 exp per message so I’m really confused how he has so much exp.

Hi @shum. Our records show the user has 4417 minutes of voice XP, which it seems is how he got the XP. This means he has spent 4417 in a Voice Channel unmuted and undeafened
Error when setting Level up message
In a server people don't want pings on level up message.
I tried changing the default level up message to remove the
{user.mention} (or to completely remove it.
Turns out you can't completely remove it. so i tried changing it to the variable {user} which is then giving me this error....Solution:
Kiai keeps adding back the first level award
Hello again.
I run a historical collecting community as aforementioned in my prior support post and the issue this time arises whenever a user unlocks a new level award. For some reason, Kiai continues adding back the first award role even though I have turned off the role stacking function.
An image is added for context. (Private is being added back despite the user "promoting" to SFC). This is happening with every single user in the community. Not sure exactly why this is occuring and this time I am sure it's not another bot's leveling system clashing with Kiai's....

[KIAI-284] Level rewards aren't given correctly
Role rewards for reaching a certain level are only given to members who are on the specific level of the reward
For example:
When creating a new role reward with level 5 and selecting for it to be retroactively added the role is only given to people exactly on level 5. If you have level 7 you won't receive the role even if there is no specific role for level 7...

/rewards sync command to retroactively sync them whenever you want
XP gain froze?
Hi! I'm currently testing some behavior regarding Kiai: spamming / sending messages with 10 secs of interval between each. Yet when I run the leaderboard or my stats, the messages count and the EXP earned remain the same.
The bot is in most of the channels, and the messages are sent in channels the bot has access to.
Is there a way to force the sync / reboot the bot myself for my server?...
