Lag in Inventory when using DH with shaders

My game runs completely fine in normal gameplay. But whenever i open the inventory the game slows down to like 1fps and i can barely maneuver the menu, ive looked so many places, noone has the same problem and i dont know what to do.

Weird Water Visuals

The water looks like this with all the shaders I've tried, and I'm not sure why. I can send all the mods I am using.

Crash when launching the game

I tried to add DH to the modpack Chosen's Modded Adventure but during the loading of the mods (before seeing the minecraft title screen and before the .toml file is created) idk how to do, help...

Update oculus to 1.8

I don't think the DH chunks are updating...

My CPU % is also only at 10%.

Ohhh, I think I found the problem, it created a new folder for the server since the configs got reset during updates

DH not working in Medieval MC Forge 1.20.1 modpack

Hey! I was trying to get DH to work in Medieval MC modpack for Forge 1.20.1., mods and all load succesfully but for some reason, DH doesn't load "distant chunks" at all, I can only see Minecraft own render distance and no further. Doesn't work even without shaders. No crashes or anything like that at all, its just that DH doesnt work 😛...

Black LoD chunk persisting through LoDs

I'm having a visual glitch where a black rectangle(color presumably from block) stretches all the way down from where I've built and it has somehow persisted through me deleting the save folder for LoDs and making a new one. it's on a multiplayer world with 130 mods. Log doesn't show any errors nor is there any ingame. here's some pics to maybe show it better visually.

If that wont help decrese cave culling height or disable cave culling

Distance Horizons causing crash

mc 1.20.1 fabric DH daily builds m2 max gpu with opengl 4.1...
Solution:
Try disabling generic rendering or beacons and clouds

Distant Horizons doesn't generate chunks

Whenever I use DH I always have to generate the chunks myself before DH starts to load them. Anyone know a possible fix to this.

Server crash, when crafting an axe?

Out of the blue my game has been crashing whenever I try and craft an axe, tools, or really anything. I only crash when I attempt to craft something. I tried reinstalling the game along with every single mod to no fix.
Solution:
For anyone else who may run into this issue, the only solution that worked for me is either to remove the mod and all other mods that depend on it or update to the latest version of 1.27

Hotbar/Inventory mod problem

My hotbar is not working i have some crafting mods and stuff but im not sure what is causing this does anyone know what mods could cause this? im pretty sure its from 2 diffrent inventory mods

World stuck loading at 0%

I added an datapack to disable trees and it made my world stuck at 0%, idk how to find it because my datapack folder is empty even tho i see like 200 datapacks from mods active, where and how can i see my datapacks or why its stuck at 0% i just guessed that it was the tree modpack.

Is there any way for DH to “know” what chunks are loaded?

Using the /forceload command, you can keep any set of chunks loaded at any distance from the player. This would theoretically allow one to keep certain POI always loaded at full detail level. It’s especially nice for large interiors where shaders don’t interact well with DH chunks. But, DH will overdraw the chunks no matter what after a certain distance based on the players render distance. So you can keep the chunks loaded, they just won’t maintain full detail. Is there any way to prevent DH from overdrawing certain chunks? I suppose you could just not generate the DH data for those chunks/remove them from the DH data file for the world? Then turn Distant Generation off of course. But that’s not a perfect solution....

Nightly Preset on server revert themselves

I have tried to change the server preset setting (minimal impact) but i see later it automatically revert in the console log (balanced). 256 Render distance. We are using medium quality and Low impact settings during normal server usage. I am trying to optimize settings and performance for players flying around a bit.

DH + Iris + Shaders in 1.21.4?

Read through the FAQ and saw for DH 2.2+, you need Sodium 0.5.8+, Iris 1.7.5/1.8+, Fabric API, compatible shaderpacks, and Minecraft 1.20.1/1.21.1. However, I'm on a 1.21.4 Fabric server and would still like to run DH with Iris and Shaders, and I haven't found any information anywhere about doing DH, Iris, and shaders on 1.21.4. Has anyone been able to pull this off, or is it currently not possible?

How to disable update popup

I have the auto-updater disabled in config, but i still get a popup on game launch asking to update, even after pressing "never show again" this is on the 230 build

Does the 2.3.0 beta work with the new oculus version?

I know it says in server side support that Oculus doesn't work but it just got updated to support DH 2.2 and I was wondering if that worked with the new beta.
