some keys don't have an entry in the KeysKeys enum, so show up as unknown
however every key does have its own scancode, which you can use to add extra key functions
i suspect very useful for the keyboards that have macro keys etc

macro keys are OS dependent according to the glfw documentation so I suspect that's down to the OS

ah ok, 0xe8 onwards is "reserved" - I'm guessing 0x100 is just GLFW default when it's not on the scancode list

It opens the device (the returned ID is 0 which seems to be fine, and it also pops when the application closes), but doesn't call the callback at all (I've tried PfnAudioCallback.From()PfnAudioCallback.From() as well and it made no difference)
