Y- Make sure that the game has been granted the "Microphone" Permission in the App Settings of your device.
- Check your device Sound Mode and Volume Settings to ensure that you have High Volume for All sounds and that you DON’T have Silent Mode On.
- Restart the Game.
- In the Game Menu, go to Settings >> Graphics & Audio >> Audio and make sure the Audio and Voice Options are all turned On and with the Volume on High.
- When In-Game, at the left side of the Mini-Map, ensure that you have the Voice and Audio Channels correctly selected.
