The reason why the loading screen get stuck is usually caused by network/signal instability in your current area, please try the following.

Make sure your network environment is in a stable stage.
Make sure your server that matches your current location.
Try switching your network to (4G or Wi-Fi), and make sure you are in a stable signal area.
Log out of the game to free up some storage on your device.
Repair/re-download the game.

If the option to change country/region settings is not available for you, you cannot switch your region. The option is not available for the accounts registered in European continent.

The Discord login method is only available if you download the game from PUBG MOBILE website: https://www.pubgmobile.com/.
If you have downloaded the game from anywhere else other than the website, you need to reinstall the game from the website.
