My crew won’t work and they say they are but now I’m not seeing anything :/

it’s just a normal object show tbh

You say you trust him yet you clearly feel another way about it. Sounds like you need to either trust your crew or find more competent people you can trust

if they are working for free, or have nothing to gain by helping you out then they aren’t going to be incentivized to work fast.
