SuperPinda going bad?

Recently, I've had very inconsistent first layers and during probe moves, I've seen a lot of "probe samples exceed tolerance" with sometimes it failing to print because of this. Any troubleshooting tips for this?

The mount going bad is more likely, or one of the z couplers is loose

https://www.klipper3d.org/Probe_Calibrate.html#repeatability-check You could run this to see if it's giving consistent results

The mount feels tight to the print head, and I actually glued it to the mount to ensure it didn't rattle or loosen up The Z screws, I can try that. But in that case, wouldn't Z tilt always get further out of range?

It moves up and down in the process

So I tightened the lead screws, seemed to print decently and then I just came back to it balled up.

Not exactly sure how much is broken, but that doesn't look good

So the screws definitely backed out... Is that also likely a broken heatbreak?
