Shortcut in Steam (gaming mode)

When trying to launch a game in gaming mode (i added the game with heroic launcher) it launch but its in the background, so i can't play but i hear the sound of the game and everything. pls help

Shortcut in Steam (gaming mode)

When trying to launch a game in gaming mode (i added the game with heroic launcher) it launch but its in the background, so i can't play but i hear the sound of the game and everything. pls help
