any reason you are using proton7-9? that's pretty old, try with Wine-GE-Proton7-35, it's newer and shows better error messages

weird, vkd3d should take care of adding that d3d12.dll hmmm, can you try installing vkd3d using winetricks? you can find it in the game settings, also check the pinned thread in #🆘-support and make sure you have all the

If you're not using the Flatpak version, make sure you have all Wine dependencies installed: https://github.com/lutris/docs/blob/master/WineDependencies.md

you arent on ubuntu, looks like steam deck.. so the wine dependencies arent an issue most likely
since you are on steam deck you probably installed via discover
which is flatpak
in any case by default steam deck's OS is write protected, so you wont be installing any apps/libs directly to the OS partition unless youve unlocked it (which comes with several consequences you probably dont want to deal with)
but yeah looks like the primary problem is that vkd3d didnt install the directx dlls that the game is looking for.. you can try unchecking it and checking it again to see if it works

You could just go back to GE-Proton instead.
Because the only thing you needed to change at the beginning was offline mode

your legendary config is incorrect somehow:
"game_executable": "KINGDOM HEARTS HD 1.5+2.5 ReMIX.exe",I don't recall the way to reset that config though sorry also double check the prefix folder. I just noticed the log says
"winePrefix": "/home/deck/Games/Heroic/Prefixes/KINGDOM HEARTS HD 1.52.5 ReMIX",which makes me think there's an errant + in there somewhere maybe just change the setting to that to be

go to the game settings in heroic
click WINETRICKS
click OK
select "Install an app or DLL" (or something like that, should be the first option)
click OK
search for vcrun2019 on the list, check it
click OK
wait for it to finish
click Cancel until winetricks closes

you can try downloading the vcrun2019.exe file from https://learn.microsoft.com/en-US/cpp/windows/latest-supported-vc-redist?view=msvc-170 and run it with the
Run EXE in Prefix option from heroicLatest supported Visual C++ Redistributable downloads
