taking off the pei sheet
when you have a good first layer and the z-offset is almost perfect ...
then you take off the pei sheet to remove a good sticking print ... you do another print with the same settings..and than your z-offset is no good anymore... such a difference when you take of the pei sheet

The offset should be fine, since the probe should measure the distance to the sheet. You'll likely need to probe again though.
