Print in PETG

I'm tuning my print bed with PETG.. Getting the following result when print head travels from one corner to the next.. what is indicative of? heat is at 240, speed travel is pretty slow.. can someone give me an idea as to what setting they would look at first?

I'm thinking heat needs to go up? FYI, printing at 0.1mm as I want to try and print some figurines..

You are to far away from the bed, but also don't print the first layer on 0.1mm go up to at least 0.2mm, it is very hard to get the needed 1st Layer Squish with just 0.1 layer on a rough Pei
