Putting this here rather then #general but I found this Error -59 is a generic error message that may occur in DaVinci Resolve when there is an issue with the media or the storage it's located on. This error can have many possible causes, but some common ones include: The media file is corrupt or damaged The storage location where the media is stored is full or malfunctioning The media file is not compatible with the version of DaVinci Resolve you are using The GPU driver is outdated or not compatible Insufficient storage space on your computer Which honestly doesn't really help lol but might give you a starting point for trouble shooting

But yeah, from what I see, you're recording format is MKV and a quick google search shows that Resolve and MKV files can be a little iffy. Hopefully changing to MP4 can help Have you tried updating your GPU drivers? Made sure you got enough space on your hard drive, tried saving the file to a different hard drive?

Yeah should honestly be fine. Can you try this
Go to the menu “DaVinci Resolve” -> “Preferences” -> “System” -> “Memory and GPU” -> “GPU configuration” for “GPU Processing Mode” and “GPU Selection“, uncheck “Auto” and select either “Cuda”

Ah yeah I think I see one issue
The free version of DaVinci Resolve doesn’t support GPU (or hardware acceleration) for decoding. The decoding is taken care by CPU.
But even then I don't know if enabling it would solve the issue

So right off the bat I can enable CUDA, and have no issue importing an mp4 recorded from OBS. Might be worth uninstalling and reinstalling maybe?
