should i try higher nozzle temp? as it seems like its under extruding also to clarify,i print normaly with pla at this speeds and at almost this speeds with abs to,so i know my hotend can flow at the needed flow rate

PETG generally needs printing a bit slower, with little to no cooling. Also PolyLite PETG is recommended 230-240 so possibly you are printing too hot.

Im gonna come down at it from a different point of view. Are you sure your idler tensioner is properly tensioned? I spent hours diagnosing possible clog, while in the end the ASA I was using just needed different idler tension on my orbiter 1.5

PETG is a very different plastic compared with PLA or ABS. Don't expect it to print or behave in the same way. I've been printing quite a lot of PETG lately - almost certain your settings need adjustment... First - slow down, see what you get at 80mm/s speeds... Get good prints at slower speeds, then ramp up until quality starts to become unacceptable
