Failed: An internal error occurred

We have consistently been getting build errors on our Pages preview deployments. It doesn't give us any other errors other than "Failed: an internal error occurred" after about 12 minutes of build time. We contacted live support and he ended up throwing his hands up and sending me here. I see the post guidelines want me to post by account ID, etc but I don't know if these posts are public or not - so if needed I will provide these if I am assured things are private on this post. Anyway - we have checked the 25mb file check, the 100 character limit file check, etc. This was happening intermittently but today just got way worse and consistent to where we are blocked completely from pushing. We are on the business plan if that helps.
