First print came out like this, second print I tightened the orbiter gears and didn’t have any extrusion issues, and this is the third try with issues again

What is your hotend temp? Is the thermistor properly in there with thermal grease? And the hotend (coldend) cooling fan?

215c pid tuned for fan speed, it’s a new rapido so just as how it came, and the hotend fan seems to be working as expected

How did you come to 215C? You are using PS filament? That's polystyrene? A quick google for PS print temps returns 220-240C...

PS = PrusaSlicer Printing PLA using PLA settings Anyways, I changed my nozzle and filament and so far so good. I'm leaning towards nozzle being suspect. Will report back when I try the other filament again

It was the nozzle, I was able to print this blue pla without issues flawlessly
