Inconsistent Extrusion after travel

Hi, my printer has been having some inconsistent extrusions after travel. When it is a consistent extrusion (i.e. vase mode), there are no issues, but when the printer stops extruding to travel there is some oozing and under extrusion when the flow resumes. Eventually it levels out and the extrusion becomes normal, but with many travel moves during the print it could compound. I’m wondering if this is due some kind of clog or needing to clean the heartbreak.
