If you keep having trouble, I would recommend using Zero Trust/dashboard Tunnels over CLI Tunnels. Much easier to use the GUI then mess around with yml

You can use the same tunnel for public hostnames as you do for Private Networking

You just added the warp routing block to the same tunnel config?
Again, I would recommend just using the GUI Tunnels if you are having trouble

The docs are for CLI Tunnels. If you are using the dashboard, you just have to translate them into what you change on the dashboard

You added it to the tunnel, and did you modify your Split Tunnel configuration as well, and remove that Private range from the Exclude IPs and Domains?

The exact location of that within the ZT Dash is Settings -> Network -> scroll down to Split Tunnels -> Manage -> configure the default Profile -> scroll down to Split Tunnels, ensure it's Exclude IPs and Domains, and then click manage, and remove the 192.168.0.0/16 block
