Forced effect will overwrite any of that effect in game. The Settings tab are the 'Master Settings"
Forced effect will overwrite any of that effect in game. The Settings tab are the 'Master Settings" the Effects tab are for the effects felt in game, so if you set spring to 100% in settings tab then in effects tab you set it to 50% the game/sim will be able to use a total spring strength of 50%
