J@yukidream ugh, yeah, I wanted to avoid doing the rpmfusion dance just to get thumbnails but it looks like that'll end up being the only way
Bafaik you need nautilus installed as its integrated into desktop of gnome
Bbut if you layer nemo and put it on side panel you can use it

DAt least in GNOME 44 thumbnail will usable with file picker
