How to update firmware on Octopus 429?

I've been printing successfully for a while, and then after updated everything through the Update Manager, the bed heater stopped working and shuts down the printer after taking too long. Did a full diagnostic of all wires, connectors, resistance, etc and everything is solid and the SSR is getting power. My best guess was that I needed to update the firmware on my Octopus Pro 429, but all the links for how to do this lead to a dead page.

This isn't a firmware issue otherwise klipper wouldn't be able to connect. Either your board isn't putting out 24dc into the SSR, your SSR is broken, or the thermal fuse popped and isn't allowing the bed to heat.

Open loop. that would appear to be our problem. Can the fuse be replaced or reset then?

Has to be replaced. But I would also investigate why it blew. That fuse is a last resort safety to make sure things don't melt down

Pretty sure I already know what caused it. I was diagnosing three printers at once and accidentally set the bed temp at 150.

Well that's good but I've searched Keenovo's website and everywhere else and I can't find any information on where it is located or what it looks like. I'd really like to narrow it down somewhat before I start cutting into the heater mat.

heater size? mine on my Vc500 was simply in a little 'pocket' made of thin heater type red matieral. Was loose so you could pull it out and crimp on another thermal fuse (blew mine the same way...too high a bed temp setting) https://discord.com/channels/582187371529764864/582187372142395424/1080350349178716160 ( a message or two above that link as well)
