I have 2 YouTube channels, both inactive, which should I use?
As the title says, I have 2 YouTube channels, one with ~300 subs (Never a set content style), and one with ~8,000 subs (Minecraft YT Shorts), I'm wanting to start posting again, but this time creating videos of me playing different games- similar to what Blitz, Lets Game It Out or Real Civil Engineering does and I'm wondering if there is going to be any advantage of posting on the 8,000 sub channel over the 300 sub channel.
With my knowledge of YT and YT Shorts Im very much assuming that there won't be any impact, however I am interested to learn more

It sounds like you'd be better off with the 300 sub channel. The niche on the 8k sub channel is much more niche, being both minecraft and shorts, so I doubt you'll see much return on short form content that isn't about Minecraft or long form content at all. Your 300 sub channel is not a set content type, so while you might see diminished returns for a bit, it's a channel more suited for various gameplay rather than the minecraft short specific channel
