Log in to your Gmail account. Click the gear icon in the upper-right corner and select "Settings". Click on the "Filters and Blocked Addresses" tab. Click on "Create a new filter". In the "From" field, enter the email address you want to whitelist. Click on "Create filter". Check the box next to "Never send it to Spam". Click on "Create filter" again to save the changes.

If Twitter was the only login method connected to your PUBG MOBILE account, you will first to need to recover access to it by contacting the respective customer service of that social media account: https://help.twitter.com/, @cagriaydin_.
