I have just tried it and I am not experiencing the same issue. Moreover, the WOW mode settings are interconnected with the classic mode settings. Have you considered downloading the game again from the official website: https://pubgmobile.live/apk ?

Yeah I understand that but basically I changed these settings when I went back to my country to visit some family as I wanted low ping to play with some friends but now I’m going back to the UK and there is still another 100+ days before I can change the country/region whilst for the server settings I can change it back to the UK. So I would like to know what are the differences between both of these settings and how does it affect the game as a whole :/

To get vehicle flare gun, use the normal flare gun outside the zone and you will get the vehicle(BRDM2). In case you are asking about tank, purchase tank flare gun(green color) from in-match shop or find it on the ground and use it as usual.
