I also like to think of the FFB base not just for giving the exact feelings the aircraft would give through the stick, but also to add some effects that we might otherwise feel through the seat or the body of the aircraft our our own bodies since we're not able to feel all these things without some major hardware in many cases, maybe as things like a "jetSeat" & butt kickers are added some less realistic effects could be removed from the stick. Things like flying a FBW F18 & feeling through the stick each wheel leave/hit the ground is really handy even though we likely wouldn't feel this the same way through a 'real FBW' stick. Anyway just my take.
Yeah that's my main question really, I haven't tested the Sabre with the Rhino yet. It's all up to the individual module makers whether or not there's any FFB effects & if any what they are.
hey m8, sorry been afk. I think this was talked about when people make changes &/or add effects to different aircraft we could post them on github? I always use the telem app when flying dcs, I could be wrong but I understood it to be that the app will only add effects not overwrite any that are default for the module.
Yeah, I use the telem too, was just curious to know what default effects are enabled for the airframes and what the telem is providing as additional and could provide if configured
We can see the visual effect at high angle turns, stalls and spins but there is no ffb effect on joystick controller. You have added ffb effects on mig-15 and works great. Will you implement those effects on F-86 later? Thanks
Hey guys! I fly mostly Dcs but lately flight simulator 2020 is getting some nice additions, i was wondering how much support there is for fs2020 for this FFB stick right now, for example force trim and such , is that in the VPForce software or does the simulator have to support that? I see some videos measuring force at around 5kg at the stick base , has anyone made measurements around the handle area where the hand would be? And lastly how long is the wait currently if an order was made today? Thank you :))
