My Valorant account was false permanent banned .. Need help Please
Recently My Valorant account was false permanent banned ... I have been playing valorant for the last 2 + years(since the game came out ) i have spent almost 400 dollars in this game .. Few days back i tried to normally open valorant to play and it closed saying your account was permanently banned for using third party software .. which can never be true i have never in my life even tried to download hacks or anything i was still banned .. i tried contacting riot support .. they replied after 3 days saying we cant help ... i told them i can show them proof that i am innocent(like if they tell me what caused the ban i can tell them that what that software is used for .. because i know i have never hacked so there just can not be a software for hacking ..) they never replied to my ticket .. it still open has been 3 days .. Another thing my pc was hacked badly around 15 days ago .. to the point my all mails pass was changed my alt acc(valorant ) was completely hacked the mail of that account was changed .. (proof of the hack i have attached as i contacted riot for help ..) later i recovered my pc .. and played normally after 3 days this happened .. i have no clue if the hacker installed something which might have caused the ban.. Please help .. I really need it
