Need help with bootstrap and black screen.

This all happened about 1 week ago where when i closed the game the game started to bug and everytime i opened it a black screen came on but i could hear the sound of my mouse hovering over the start , shop . And then a week later so now the game keept saying bootstrap or something pls help mi fix this community-helpNeed help with bootstrap and black screen.
