Wildcard Port Forwarding With Caddy and Cloudflare

No matter what I do, I can not get this to work. I always get a error about the connections not being secure even though I have TLS in caddy setup like guide.

Do you have/want the address proxied? if yes, you will need to purchase their Advanced Certificates Management to be able to get a third-level SSL certificate for the wildcard address.

otherwise, as Atif said, you can switch to DNS Only and the certificates being used by Caddy should work.

well, Cloudflare and all others should just work. your problem is that cloudflare doesn't generate third level domain certificate. I solved the solution for my domain by getting the Advanced Certificate Management Tool from Cloudflare and issued the missing intermediary certificates myself. however, if you would like to bypass this issue, you can just disable cloudflare's proxy(orange cloud icon in the DNS page) for the coder DNS records and then the certificates generated by Caddy should work just fine.
