Klipperscreen help

Hi gents, I've just received a 5" touchscreen and connected it via micro hdmi and micro usb to to my Pi4b. Cannot get a signal from Raspberry but the screen does boot and say "Raspberry" and then says "no signal". I am under the impression that RatOS has klipperscreen because I see the Klipperscreen file in updates. What do you think is the problem? I feel that I am missing something big.

Do you know if klipper support the touch screen you bought?

Did you reboot? Did you make the possibly required changes in the boot config? HDMI is detected on boot and you can force detection and override resolution too
