HBasically, a 103 is a CF-generated Response(that includes the assets a browser should preload), before you actually send a Response(HTML, usually). This is not a feature that Workers itself supports, so you have to enable it in the dash first.

SI’m using a Cloudflare tunnel and the application thats using the tunnel is giving an ECONNRESET error. This seems to be due to the connection ending early. Has cloudflare implemented a limit for requests or something like that?

HDepending on where your server is located, it may be slower. For example, if your server is on your local network, then it will be slower to run out to CF and then back, rather than just staying directly on your LAN
CIt was faster before I switched to CF Now it takes like 10 seconds to load a webpage
