Nidec 4028fan ON 100% always

Hi. I am trying to configuring a V core3.1 and encountered a problem, the Nidec 4028 fan is on 100% no matter what i do. I verified the wiring and it is connected according to diagram. I may read this wrong but according to mainsail it is a controller fan. Other than the necessary size, probe, accelerometer and z offset definition i did not change anything in main cgonfig. After i saw that i can not control the fan whit the interface i started digging, i added first the 25Khz code section it did not do anything, than the 100hz, same result. Than port over ride, nothing again. As long as the board has power the fan is on. I thought i connected the wrong wire on the fan for pwm control but according to sources is the blue same as i connected. What could be the problem? Did anyone see anything like this? Please help.

Bad wiring / configuration. 4028 wiring and configuration is explained here: https://os.ratrig.com/docs/guides/4028 4028's are used for part cooling. The part cooling fan is not the controller fan. The controller fan is for cooling you electronics. If you want further assistance please post your printer.cfg and a picture of your fan wiring.

4028 server fans are becoming a popular option for part cooling because of their light weight and great pressure and flow rates. In this guide we'll go over how to connect one and use it for part cooling. 4-pin fans usually aren't used in 3d printers, and many boards only provide 2-pin ports, but fear not! There's always a way.

It was bad wiring! i hade a faulty connection on the fan side, which was solved by crimping a new connector on it! Thank you for the advice and help!
