Cnot any way I know of. I would check first if the response contains a CF-Cache-Status header. If it does, it's coming from your origin. X-Redirected-By is set by wordpress and some other apps to tell you if it redirected it
COther things that can redirect: Cloudflare Apps, Page Rules / Dynamic Rules (make sure you checked both)
CDynamic Redirect Rules, the dash calls them Single Redirects now
MI just lost all my Cloudflare Tunnel's settings when adding a new public route via the dashboard

CI wouldn't doubt it's possible somehow, the dashboard stores all of the tunnel configuration settings in json configuration just like the local one, and on every change the entire config is reuploaded.
MThis is what happened. I added a new route, the record got added and then suddenly my catch-all changed back to default
MAll DNS records of my tunnels that are now gone are also still there
MThis will be a hell to all set up again manually
MWhere is the tunnel configuration json stored somewhere (Linux)? Maybe I can try recovering it somehow. If I have to recreate all routes that I used to have then I'll be busy for a few hours

Cit's no where locally as far as I know, it's all pulled from CF when using remote management

CIf you're using Firefox (only firefox has edit and resend), navigate to your tunnel public hostname page, open up dev tools (ctrl+shift+i).
Add a new public hostname and save, and then find the PUT request to configurations (screenshot below)
Right click -> Edit and Resend
Copy the Audit Log Event, and strip the extra information below the config block, specifically the created_at, source, tunnel_id, and version tools, and the trailing comma. Your end result should be like this:
Replace the body with that
Click send, and look at the response. Make sure it's successful
