The account recovery process was approved, and all the connections associated with my account were deleted. I sent an email to PUBGM. They told me that I need to request a verification code with the email I used for the account recovery process. I'm requesting the verification code from the same email, but I'm not receiving the code in my email. What can I do?
Also, I have UC receipts related to my account and old verification code messages.
I think you had a problem with Facebook on May 11th. I always used to log into the game with Facebook, so that day I couldn't access the game. I'm not exactly sure if my account was stolen.
