I stream on twitch daily, does anyone have tips for consistent growth ? I post to tiktok and YT shorts too, I want to make a career out of this so I'm in it for the long haul but all tips and tricks and advice are appreciated.

#faq-and-useful-links has some good starter information to get you going. I would personally recommend keeping your streaming schedule fairly consistent. You don't have to make a set schedule on Twitch, but I think it looks more official that way. Take the time to decorate your page, by adding panels, information, and your own layout.
And I second the recommendation in the FAQ to NOT go with a game that's highly saturated if you're just starting out, just because it's popular. The sweet spot is a game that has high viewers but low channels. Here's a good site to do a little digging on the subject.
