@rickyrobinett might be able to get you in touch with the right people. I suspect it'll differ based on if you're just using the CDN (i.e not using any other Cloudflare product) or if you're paying for Workers/R2/etc as what's generating that cache(able) content but they can confirm.

aren't those for receiving emails? if you are sending emails you will need to use a third-party service like Postmark (unless you don't care about them all going to spam) and your limits would be between you and them

I'm about to jump from 1 to 3 KVs (each w/a preview) and while the count and the physical size of the KVs isn't that large now, I realized I didn't know if there was any impact on the worker for adding them.
