heroic should install ubisoft connect automatically when launching a ubisoft game for the first time (except some exception for ubi games that can't be installed like Watch Dogs 2 or FarCry Primal), you shouldn't need to install it yourself

that screenshot looks like there's an issue, share the game logs, some path must be wrong if the prefix is created right there in Prefixes/defaultPrefixes/default without a folder for the actual game

for that screenshot i was trying to find the ubisoftconnect.exe but it wasnt there in the assumed path from the ubisoft connect linux guide
